PRN Network is a digital platform for music artists, producers, and creators. Producers can upload and sell digital beat licenses. Artists can purchase these digital products to use in their projects.
PRN Network only provides digital goods such as MP3/WAV beats, licenses, and creative digital tools. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
Producers are responsible for uploading original content and may not upload copyrighted material they do not own. Violations may result in account removal.
Artists receive a downloadable beat file and license agreement upon purchase. All sales of digital goods are final due to the nature of instant delivery.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Producers may receive payouts through Stripe Connect after verification. PRN Network does not store credit card information.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
